• Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. We will confirm with you via email within one to two business days. The cancellation fee will take into effect once you submit your reservation. If your purchase can not be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charges. We recommend each customer to fully evaluate the cancellation policy and also consider purchasing a Travel Insurance policy. Please review our Travel Insurance Packages.
• All hotel and tour schedules are arranged ahead of time. Any person failing to appear on the day of departure shall not be refunded.

• The Cancellation Fees listed here will apply to all reservations, unless the tour booked has specific rates or fees listed under "Special Notes".
• No refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour regardless of any possible reasons.
• For tours that include airfare, airfare is completely non-refundable.
• All cancellations must be made directly with Tours4Fun, not with providers.
• Some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. The affected customer will be fully refunded or may choose a similar tour product as a substitute. However, please keep in mind that should this happen, it would be under very special and rare circumstances, because we will try our best to accommodate our customers travel needs.
• Should the reservation be cancelled by the customer for any reason, the bank associated wiring fees (received by Tours4Fun) will be deducted from the refund for each wire transfer along with the Cancellation Fee as well.
• We will process your cancellation/refund request within 1-7 business days. Please note that we will NOT acknowledge voice mail or email cancellation.

•Amendment Fees: Any change (date, location, tour, etc.) made on a reservation after confirmation e-mail has been sent out is subject to a $30 amendment fee per change.
To add a person onto a reservation, an amendment fee of $30 will be charged per reservation. We will confirm the seats within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular cancellation policy will apply.
To cancel the person free of charge from a reservation with Buy 2 Get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 promotion, if 7 days within departure date, please refer to Pricing tab of product page for penalty fees; if 7 days beyond departure date, $30 amendement fee will be charged per person.
